The Company's initial product, the CCG-E45 Culture Chamber and related CCG-E45 Incubator, is designed for the ex-vivo expansion of primary cells used in the treatment of diseases. The combination of the CCG-E45 Culture Chamber and CCG-E45 Incubator allows the culture of cells at high density and under precisely controlled oxygenation, providing an alternative to standard cell culture methods. This is achieved by the separation of the oxygen and nutrient supplies via dedicated bundles of hollow semi-permeable fibers for improved control of the cell growth environment. CellCyte is developing beta test and collaboration agreements with other independent clinical research laboratories to apply this technology to a wide range of cell expansion applications.
