CellCyte Genetics Corporation was founded in 2005 to perform research and development of stem cell enabling therapeutic products and to commercialize certain cell production technology it had acquired from Genespan Corporation.
Following a change in management in 2009, CellCyte has refocused its efforts toward becoming a high quality supplier of devices that improve clinical laboratory productivity.
Our first product, the CCG-E45 Culture Chamber and related CCG-E45 Incubator, is a previously applied technology that we are reintroducing to the market place. We intend to execute this r
eintroduction through collaboration and beta testing agreements with a series of well-known clinical research laboratories.
The CCG-E45 Culture Chamber is a single-use device used to expand cell lines and primary cell cultures of interest to a laboratory’s research projects. Unlike the CCG-E45 Incubator, which has a useful life measured in years, a typical research program may require dozens, or even hundreds, of disposable culture chambers during the course of a particular research project.
The CCG-E45 Culture Chamber is a three dimensional hollow fiber bioreactor that can grow cells at high density and replace a significant number of T-Flasks or other cell culturing devices currently being used.
