John M. Fluke, Jr.,  Acting Principal Executive Officer
Mr. Fluke agreed to fill the position of Principal Executive Officer on a temporary basis to assist the Company in developing and executing an Interim Operating Plan and to recruit additional management talent.
 
Dr. Douglas Pat Cerretti, President and Chief Science Officer
Dr. Cerretti was recruited by Mr. Fluke to fill the Chief Science Officer position and to lead the team executing under the Interim Operating Plan.
 
Randy A. Lieber, Acting Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer
Mr Lieber was recruited by Mr. Fluke to assist in the filing of the Company's public financial statements and to manage the administrative functions of the Company.
 
Fred Mill, Vice President of Manufacturing
Mr. Mill has been with CellCyte since 2007 and is responsible for the development, modification and manufacture of the Company's CCG-E45 Culture Chamber and related CCG-E45 Incubator.
