Mr. Fluke, age 67, is the acting Chairman of the Board for CellCyte Genetics Corporation. John joined our Board in 2007 to provide his leadership in the area of finance and manufacturing. John was initially appointed as the Chair of the Audit Committee.
Shortly after John joined the Board, various legal matters were filed against the Company that were related to issues arising prior to his joining the Board. With the prior management involved in these legal matters, John stepped in to provide ongoing leadership for the Company, and, eventually, to be appointed Chairman of the Board and Interim Principal Executive Officer.
Mr. Lieber, age 53, is a senior financial professional with more than 29 years of experience working with both public and private companies. He is the managing partner of Abacube Accounting Services. Randy first joined the Company in October 2008 as the Interim Principal Accounting Officer upon the request of Mr. Fluke to assist in completing the Company's SEC filings, and then to perform the general accounting functions of the Company. Randy was appointed to the Board in 2009.
